Here comes a rant (from a human...not AI) I used to love coming on this forum, having great discussions with people from all over the place, and helping people with less experience than I. That being said, I am growing more disillusioned with the obvious bots and AI usage. AI is a great tool, but I just saw a thread...the entire thread...on here that was obviously a post created with AI and the majority of the answers were AI as well. It's like Claude talking to Claude. If you are posting using AI and haven't figured out that the "em dashes" (dashes in the middle of a sentence) and buzz words like "stress-test" are dead giveaways. I have nothing against AI in general and use it a lot in my business, but the forums are getting flooded with AI tools having conversations with itself. Along those lines, I realize an account has to start sometime, but isn't it amazing how many "first time posters" are posting these long, advice-filled posts? I came on here to connect with real people, not Gemini. Anyone else feeling like this?

Here is the other one

1. post starts or is titled as a statement like: why DSCR loans are failing, or why private money is X

2. person will state what they are seeing and give their expert opinion (Claude or ChatGPT's opinion)

3. then frame it as a question as to ask what you are seeing.
