good morning guys, I apologize for the slightly off topic question but I needed expert advice.  

M wife and i are thinking of converting our outdoor patio to a screened  in patio. Are we  we adding value to our property?  And by value I mean 2 things 1)  increase the value of our house and 2) quicker resale when we are ready.
