Sale and sell

"Sale" is a noun, a thing, NOT an action. You cannot "sale" a house! (Though you can "sail" a boat, but I digress.)

"Sell" is a verb, an action. You sell something that is for sale. You NEVER sale something that is for sell.

There. I feel better. Don't you?
