I have recently decided to get my real estate license. My family and I are moving to California next year. I am currently in Wa.state. I am still wanting to become a real estate investor, and am frustrated because I haven't any money to invest. I have  listened to a lot of the podcasts and read the books. So I am going to get my education as an agent/broker. Still going to get there some day. Thank you all for your encouraging stories.
