Protesting Chinese President
During the recent visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao, a protestor began yelling from the crowd. I found the media spin on this individual rather interesting. According to some of the mainstream media she was a religious zealot http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/04/19/world/main1515903.shtml
What I found interesting was there was no interpretation of what she actually said. Well, I was listening to Dr. Michael Savage a couple of days ago and learned that the lady was actually a Medical Physician and was protesting again fetus, stem cell and embryo research. And what she was actually saying was stop the killing.
Even futher interesting is that this lady, at the time I was listening to the show, was in jail for this occurance.
I understand that our nation is currently courting China and Russia because of the pending nuclear threat in Iran. But, what I don't understand is what happen to free Speech in the U.S? Can somebody sort this out?.....just wondering.
