Hello! I am currently in the process of starting up a virtual consulting business and would like it to focus on real estate. I am involved with investing and plan to increase my investments this year, but also want to start a virtual consulting business since I am familiar with the environment. Is it common for individuals to use virtual consultants/assistants in real estate and what are the common jobs they are asked to do? What qualities do you look for?
