Cultivating a positive mental attitude is essential, imo, to live a life which you are fulfilled mentally, physically, spiritually and financially.
My positive mental attitude has helped me through some of the biggest challenges of my life, I fiercely protect it by carefully choosing what I expose myself to. One of the reasons BP is so great is because of the underlying positive and helpful tone the community has. Like being at a home game. Thanks BP I am truly grateful.
How does one go about blocking someone if you do not want to expose yourself to anything they have to offer?
One of my keyword searches, which is one of the tools I most value on BP, attracts a member who's thoughts and insights I prefer not know as they are long winded, consistently negative and many times incoherent.
