Virtual Reality
Guys, I am in the U.S. at last! It feels great to be here checking out the actual physical assets that you guys have been discussing on BiggerPockets. I now need to parlay my virtual RE experience into a real one.
BTW, Phoenix is a lot bigger than it looked on google maps. Much uglier, too. (No offense to BP's AZ members - I am not saying that you made it ugly!)
And thanks to Josh and all of you for making this happen. I certainly wouldn't be in Phoenix right now but for BP.
