Top Bank Sued by SEC

Goldman Sachs, one of the top banks, is being sued by the SEC because of the misstating of data on it CDO's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collateralized_debt_obligation ) it was selling.... just added proof all banks are crooks?
