Ran across this interesting survery,
also funny the #4 and #5 are backwards on the slide show..
Saw most of them coming, NY, LA, ect

What I found ironic, is Dallas and Houston are some of the best places to invest IMO, places not really effected by real estate bubble, and not outrageously priced. Amazes me it shows average rent for 2 bed apt is 1800, yet there are properties (condos) for sale in the town in the range of $20,000. Crazy IMO.
