Smoking ban moves to private residences

Washington state is has banned smoking in public places. Now we have a large county attempting to ban smoking in private residences. While, I'm sure that smoking is bad for ones health. There are many other things equally bad.

I'm not a smoker, but I'm not crazy about the government getting more involved in our private lives. :nono:

Not sure what they are doing in other states, but is getting out of hand here.

I'ts always interesting to see how some people are willing to give up certain freedoms or freedom of choice for their current cause.
What about the next guy to come along with a cause that "protects the public"?
Don't they see how it just gets easier and easier to restrict the publics right to choose for thenselves.Soon someone will come along and want to ban or change something they care about .
LL already have the choice to make their properties smoke free, if there is a market for this then it will begin to happen.
