Bigger Pockets is better

I've been and active member here for three and a half years. I knew this site was better than the other forums out there and it is getting better every year because it has an engaged owner who is actively involved in this site. I watched the Kiyosaki forums, with all their marketing power, crash and burn while Bigger Pockets got better.

Bigger Pockets is better than it was three and a half years ago.

Bigger Pockets is better than it was two years ago.

Bigger Pockets is better than it was one year ago.

Bigger Pockets is better than is was six months ago.

Want to know why?

There is no question of whether or not Bigger Pockets is better than it was some time in the past. It IS better. End of discussion.

I have no real idea of what BiggerPockets was like a year or more ago, but it certainly is a better place today when compare to other real estate networking sites.

This site attracts members of many walks and levels. Members here are willing to give and share which helps build a knowledge base and a network of valuable contacts.

I've tried several other real estate related sites and did not appreciate the spam, lack of participation, lack of meaningful content, etc.
