Admitting That You Are Wrong - Virtuous?

There are some people on this site that simply can't admit that they are wrong, even when the evidence overwhelmingly points to it being the case. I have admitted on several occasions that I am wrong about things and feel that it would be quite ridiculous of me to keep arguing when it is clear I am wrong.

Do you feel like it is virtuous for people to admit when they are wrong or do you respect people that will argue until they are blue in the face even when the evidence clearly shows this is the case?
