This is the guy that this constituency voted into power REPEATEDLY since 1973..... Wow. Yeah, a guy who went to law school and was voted in as Senator but didn't know the 5 freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment and didn't even know there were 5 freedoms is just perfect for this constituency.
