Searching for Feedback on Harvest Returns

I am entertaining the opportunity to invest with a company called Harvest Returns.  They are a crowdfunding company that matches investors with private agriculture deals to earn passive income with farmland and timberland.

Does anyone have any feedback on or experience with this company?  Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,

I've lost 100% of the money I invested in two separate offerings through Harvest Returns—both of which were aggressively marketed with high IRR projections and promises of "strong leadership" and "proven models." What followed was total collapse, vague updates (if any), and zero accountability.

In both cases, the businesses quietly unraveled after fundraising—no restructuring efforts, no transparent communication, no plan to preserve investor capital. Just “wind down” updates.

I’ve invested with multiple syndicates and platforms. This is the only one where I’ve seen such neglect, poor communication, and complete disregard for investors.

Harvest Returns took fees while we took 100% of the risk—and then claimed no responsibility when things fell apart.

Do NOT invest in this company and its offerings unless you are fine with losing all your investment capital.
