I'm trying to find private lenders out there to help me buying 2 properties in total of $120k. Already bought my first one and currently renting it out. Now, I am up for bigger challenge. Need help!

@Toan Nguyen I recently refinanced my rental home and shopped Quicken/Rocket Mortgage, my credit union, and a “0 closing cost lender” and ultimently decided to go with Quicker/Rocket Mortgage. They added a $2k credit towards closing cost to be more competitive with the “$0 closing close lender” loan estimate. ApR and Rate was in line with the other quotes and they did not require and appraisal. I choose to close with Quicken/Rocket Mortgage. BillyDakroub @ quickenloans. com was my contact, I enjoyed working with him and definitely call him to bid on my next property’s financing.
