What are your goals for 2019?
Hi All! Its a new year, which means new goals and plans to grow you and business! I am curious to hear what others have set for goals? They could be business or non business. I will share a couple of mine:
1) Be more involved on BiggerPockets - We have a great community with many awesome people doing inspiring things everyday! I realized I haven't been as involved as I should be to connect with some of you and learn about what you are doing, share strategies, etc. So I am going to post at least one forum post each week (this is my first of 2019) to start engaging more with all of you!
2) Add 12 Airbnb listings
My business partner and I have a short-term/Airbnb rental services company, called HostPros. If you are interested in listing your property on Airbnb, we will make it totally hands-off for you. We will take care of all guest communication, listing details, cleanings, scheduling of repairs, confirming bookings, stocking supplies. Literally everything. You just sit back and collect a check each month for the bookings at your property. Easy peasy. We are Airbnb Superhosts, and currently operate 4 listings (3 of which we own) in the Cleveland, Ohio area and know what it takes to have an awesome listings that has high occupancy and becomes a CASH COW!
3) Donate 1% of our revenue to local community development or social causes
We feel it is our duty as real estate investors, landlords, entrepreneurs to help make the communities we operate in better places to live for everyone. That is why we have committed to donating 1% of our revenue to community development and social causes we feel support this mission we have.
