Selling time share in Mexico deal or scam?
We bought time share in Mexico in 2014 and its paid off, now we received a offer to sell it for good profit to a big company that is buying 20 time shares. This company opened escrow account, for all 20 of them in bulk, but to get our money we have to upfront 10% for Mexican taxes (SAT). Have any one heard of this procedure?
