Lists Of Vacation Homes Or Investment Properties
Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong forum.
I'm in the consumer data business, compiling targeted direct mail and telemarketing lists and leads for clients and today I got one that stumped me.
My client wants to do a direct mail campaign on a shoestring budget, here's the problem, my database doesn't distinguish between "second homes" and investment properties". I can filtered it down to people that do own investment properties, the only issue is,, I don't know "where". My client is in a small, localized area and she can't try and saturate an entire state. Anyway,, any ideas are greatly appreciated.
