Asbestos sideing tiles.
Hello can anyone help me with a new investment property. It’s a small duplex that needs some work done which isn’t to hard to calculate, but the real problem with it is the siding is asbestos tiles that need to be replaced. I was wondering if I should get the property and replace all the tiles with new vinyl siding or so mild I just steer clear from this property?
