International Investment Properties
I'm not sure if this is the correct sub to post this question in, so my apologies in advance. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with international investment pieces of property. The reason I ask is because I'd love to purchase a multi family of some sort in Dublin because I visit so often, but I'm wondering if the same guidelines I've learned from BP applies overseas. Does anyone have any experience with being a US citizen and purchasing out of the country? What advice can you share? Thanks for any information in advance.
