Bigger Pockets needs better search funtionality

While Bigger Pockets is an incredible resource, it could use better search functionality. I spend a lot of time searching for the great content on this platform and it would be nice if I could find what I'm looking for...faster. I understand that this might be a pricey endeavor, but I think it's something their entire userbase and Bigger Pockets would highly benefit from

Thanks for asking, @Harry Williams. We are aware our search is not as helpful as it could be. 

Google makes this look WAY easy, but it's actually a pretty difficult problem to solve. 

Our development team is working on a solution.
