Bigger Pockets recommendation - calculators in the mobile app
I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Bigger Pockets and can't begin to explain how much I've learned since beginning to listen to the podcasts. I've been on the fence for a while now, and finally on the webinar this week @Brandon Turner convinced me to pull the trigger on a Pro membership.
In that time I can't count how many times I've used the calculator for a property I'm currently negotiating. The tools are amazing. I think there's only one thing that would make it better:
Add the functionality of the calculators to the BP mobile application!!
I read another post where @Mindy Jensen commented on the complexity of adding to the search functionality, so this probably isn't an easy add. That said, the calculators are probably the #1 thing that I hear on the podcasts as a selling point for a Pro membership. The mobile platform is an amazing tool for connecting on the forums from anywhere, and adding the calculators would only add to it!
