Buy/ Sell a business
I am a real estate investor and wholesaler in Florida but I was recently approached by a family member in Oklahoma to sell his liquor store. He owns the 3rd largest in his area and I was not sure where to look or how to find a buyer. I know this is not completely real estate but I thought this community might have some ideas for me. Thanks in advance bigger pockets. This group is the best I have ever been a part of.
