Jacksonville FL Market
I am new to the Jacksonville FL area and I see that a lot of investors do not like to invest in the 08 and 09 areas. But I also see that there is a lot of people starting to invest in the 09 area. I was wondering if anybody had any insight on why this is? Thank you in advance.
