Hello!

I'm new to real estate, I live in Buffalo, NY.

I am intrigued by the idea of operating a self storage facility.

Any feedback on cons of doing this? Barriers to entry? Day to day challenges, etc.

If you have a recommended reading on this topic I'd love to check it out.
