Investing in Fire Damaged Properties!?
I have only heard of Fire Damaged Property Investing through Podcasts, etc. Ive never actually known of an Investor who has successfully invested in those properties.
Can anyone with experience in this offer some Pros & Cons about this?
I am extremely curious to know what would attract investors to these particular properties.
Any info, tips, stories, etc would be greatly appreciated!
