Real Estate Training

At a Than Merrill 3 day training in Memphis, Tn at the current moment. It’s day 2. All he kept saying something Mastery. An inner circle training again for 50k. My question is should I attempt to sign up and should I be upset because I’ve already paid for this training here today for 3 days for a couple hundred bucks already. Some information was cool but it hasn’t been anything mind blowing that I couldn’t get from bigger pockets. All I wanted to know basically is how to get the money for deals. He went over everything fast which is cool but don’t feel like it’s been worth a few hundred dollars.

It seems like for 50K you could purchase a property and begin your real estate investment journey. I would advise maybe trying to partner with a local successful investor in the area that you can trust and bringing that 50K to a deal that you and them could benefit from. They could bring expertise and you would be bringing some funding. That is the plan that I'm working on at least.
