Cable & Internet

All right, I can't take it anymore with these cable companies... Mine is Comcast. We have Internet and Cable (little bit above basic), so my three kids can watch some stuff (5, 12 & 14).

They just jumped my bill from $93 per month to $124 and no added service(s).

Besides not having anything, I at least need internet (for Netflix & computer), do you have any other solutions?

My wife just called Verizon-Fios, and they are not in our area, but if we take the phone/internet we can get internet for $50.

Anyone have other solutions?

Everytime RCN starts to jack our rates up my wife calls and tells them we are switching unless they match a competitors price (Comcast) of $99/ month guaranteed for two years of a bundle. They always do it. None of them want to lose a customer.
