Chimney repairs
Just got a bid for $3397 for each chimney on a duplex. According to the guy the mortar has failed and all that is holding it together in places is a skim coat. Have not come across this problem but not likely to spend this kind of money.
Looking at some old posts where RamJack is suggested. This is a chimney that is only showing above the roof-line. Any thoughts appreciated.
