I am almost done closing a deal with a pain in the *** belligerent seller. No need to get into it detail, but today he called me a dumbass. I was tempted to tell him to take his POS house and shove it, but I have a $10,000 wholesale fee coming when it closes. That got me wondering what my $ cut off would be when the insults fly...

Manage your emotions better than the other guy and win!

I got told off today by a rental applicant because I chose another applicant. I was told how I did everything wrong. Somehow I think I might have gotten the selection right.
