A better BiggerPockets Rental Analysis Calculator
I am a pro member who has been using BiggerPocket’s rental analysis calculator. I feel like there is a lot missing, honestly.
Why can't it automatically pull in so much of the data that's available out there for us, when we enter a property‘a address or MLS?
Why can’t it remember or allow for defaulting certain values?
Why can’t it crowdsource some of the data?
Does anyone else recognize these as shortcomings? Do you have any alternatives you like to use? Am I simply missing something?
