Advice/Insight for a future TX Real Estate Licensee

I’m getting ready to take the TX Real Estate exam and I’m having major anxiety (I’ve always had text anxiety issues). I could really use any and all pointers to pass both the parts the first time 😰. I’ve been studying for about a month now and I’m ready to take the plunge in the next few weeks. Any help is more than appreciated!
