Joint Tenancy vs. Community Property with right of survivorship
My husband and I recently married and we have our primary residence in California. We now have the opportunity to update our title to either Joint Tenancy or Community Property with Survivorship. Does anyone have any experience with making this decision and would mind contributing pros and cons of that decision?
