Trying to help my contractor find laborers

I finally found a good contractor and he's experiencing some growing pains. He has enough work to expand his business and he's looking for more general laborers. If anyone in the Richmond, VA area knows of anyone looking to switch companies or has the skills and looking to get in with a company, please let me know. My contractor does residential remodels and rehabs. He's looking for someone with skills that can hit the ground running but he would also consider someone young just starting out that has the aptitude and can learn. Maybe you know someone fresh out of high school that has done side projects for friends and family. If you know someone who's looking for a chance to work with a company and build their skills, please let me know.
