I am in Central California and I have done a fair amount of research on wholesaling. I wanted to know about how to really get started. Advice? Anything that you would think would be beneficial knowledge to me as a new wholesaler. Really ANYTHING help. Tricks, websites, data crunchers. Etc. Thanks everyone!
