Neighbor keeps mowing part of my lawn

Looking for suggestions on how to handle a neighbor that keeps moving part of my lawn. I politely thanked her and asked her to stop. She keeps doing it. It worries me as I'm not sure if it is true but I heard in PA that she can then claim that part of the land as she has been mowing it. Any tips on what to do and how to handle this?
