Using an FHA loan with existing tenants
I want to purchase a tri-plex, in upstate New York using an FHA loan. The property currently has 3 tenants occupying the units. With the loan being contingent on the property being my primary residence, how would you go about evicting one of the tenants. So that it would in fact be my primary residence. The tenants are currently month to month.
