Who here does Lease Option / Rent to Own?

Hi All,

Any investors here working in rent to own or lease option deals in the Cincinnati, Ohio or Northern Kentucky area?  If you know of anyone please let me know.  I have a contact who may be a very motivated potential tenant buyer.  They are looking for a home in a better school district for their daughter.  Husband and wife make good income (he is in sales and she is a bank executive), but dealing with poor credit issue.  Let me know if you, or if you know of someone who could assist.
