First Re-Finance, NKY bank recommendations anyone?
Hello Everyone.
My business partner and I (LLC) recently finished rehabbing our first property and finding tenants for it. We've got our 2nd property and are well into the rehab, but we're going to need to refi one or both before we can get our 3rd. Does anyone have any bank recommendations for a refi in the Northern KY area? (Florence, Edgewood etc)
