Good agents and/or property managers in the Waterville area?

I live just outside of Portland, Maine and am looking to invest in the Waterville area (either single families or smaller multis). My wife is from just across the river in Winslow so we're somewhat familiar with the area, but we're definitely not close enough to manage any properties ourselves. Does anyone recommend either a real estate agent who knows investing in that area or a property manager? Thanks!
