Foreclosure Auctions in Maine

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to investing and am interested in foreclosure auctions but am not sure how they work.  Would anyone be able to give a little advice?  For instance - how much money do you need to bring?  How do you know what the opening bid will be?  Things like that.  Thank you for any advice.
