Hi,

I am looking in the Salisbury area for a buy and hold property and I would love to connect with an agent to help me. One that has experience with investment properties would be preferred.

Thanks

Charles,

Your comment is right on point. An agent works for you. Make sure they are willing to put in low ball offers. Some agents will only throw in a few offers for you. If you don't have a license, you need an agent that is willing to go out their way to find you, their investor, the besr cash flow for the best value. Thanks for your insight. By the way, Salisbury is a hot market. The reasons are a motivated mayor who promotes development within the City, a 12% high income job growth and 12% increase in freshman college student enrollment at Salisbury University. Contact me to network, I'm always looking for more connections with investors in the area.
