Redrawing lot boundary in Montgomery County
Wondering if anyone can assist with redrawing a lot boundary between two lots.. Heard that it can get complicated without experience. We have two lots, and the soon to be owner wants to sell the empty lot to a builder, but the lot is only 4650 SF.. We want to redraw the boundary to bring the lot up to 5000 SF so a builder can purchase and build.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
