REIA or RE groups in Baltimore / Maryland

I would love to hear if anyone has had success in finding a helpful real estate investment groups in Baltimore / Maryland. Particularly one that does not have too many membership fees, Thanks!

@Kody Veit You can find most groups at the national REIA website or Meetup.com. There are a ton in the area. Most charge to come but most you can pay per meeting and not have to pay for a years membership.

The DC REIA, Capital City REIA, Anne Arundle REI meetup are all free. There is also the "Landlord Lunches" at Spirits West, 2601 Wilkens Ave. every Friday from 12:00 to about 2:00. The only cost is for your lunch.

Some of these are meetup groups, some have a presence on Facebook, All should be easy to find. 

Even though he Capital City REIA meets in Alexandria. I mention them because many of their members invest in Baltimore and they just had a Baltimore property visit this last weekend.
