HOLY SHMOLY! I think I may have my 1st DEAL!! HELP!
My husband and I went out for a walk in our neighborhood this weekend (weather was nice) and we came across a home that would make an awesome Subject to. When I got home, I ran the numbers and, sure enough, I was right! I just happened to see the owner this morning and told her that we were interested in her property and wanted to sit down with her to talk about an offer we'd like to propose.
SHE SAID YES!! OMG! I think I may have stumbled upon my very first subject to deal!
I would love some advice, sample contracts, ANYTHING! I used to be a realtor so I'm comfortable with the language but I sure would love to get some newbie advice
