Deleading / Contractors in Massachusetts (Metro-West)

Can anyone recommend a good de-leading firm and/or contractor for a two family investment property in Framingham, MA?  The construction work is mostly cosmetic with the biggest items being fixing a deck and kitchen rehab work.
