Looking for partner on Provincetown Deal
We are looking for someone with experience in Provincetown to be our boots on the ground for a deal we have working in the area. It's a multi unit deal and we are in FL, so we are looking for someone that knows the nooks and crannies of the local market to work this one with us. Lots of ways to partner on this one but at the least we will need a sell side realtor as us Florida Boys are up the creek without a paddle. PM me to discuss this deal.
