Jordan Property Solutions - Anyone have experience with this PM?

Question

I found Jordan Property Solutions (based in Marlborough, MA) via Google search. I'm looking for a strong property manager in MetroWest and Central Massachusetts and am close to hiring them.

Does anyone here have experience or anecdotal information regarding them?

Mr. Patel,

The property company has a horrible reputation and awful reviews. A family member of mine rented from this management company and they never once fixed any problem with their apartment. They ignored  all their calls for the most part, when they spoke with Mr. Jordan he was rude, arrogant, he lies and has very shady things he tries to pull.  I am talking about SERIOUS building code violations,SERIOUS fire violations(smoke alarms that have not worked in 8 years, right from the mouth of their own maintenance man, and that was told to them 4 MONTHS ago and they still have NOT fixed them).There are also VERY serious health code violations that have been complained about for a YEAR and he has done NOTHING. They have entered their apartment without ANY notice, I could go on and on....if you want someone who will represent you in a PROFESSIONAL way then,if I were you, I would go anywhere but to JPS. These things I can give you documentation for, photos, videos, paperwork etc....look up reviews, they are horrendous. People who have rented for years under another property management company have watched the property they are renting at go downhill overnight when JPS took over. If you want to maintain a god rep, stay clear.

I used to work with Rob at Wiechert Realtors in Marlborough. He dealt with rentals and was always busy. I have a friend that used JPS and was very happy. He had a single family home that he rented and JPS did everything for him, which is what he was looking for because he didn't want to be a landlord. I'm not sure on their fees but if I decide to go with rental instead of flipping I will definitely be using them. Hope this is helpful.

I am not sure if Central Massachusetts is the same as weRENTcentralmass but I recently acquired a property that weRENTcentralmass was managing. I was not impressed with the way they manage the property.
