Fee-for-service Buyer's Agent

My wife and I are looking for a buyer's agent to help us with our first (and subsequent, if all goes well) inventment real estate purchase.  We're looking for someone who will take an hourly fee, and will rebate 100% of the buyer-agent commission.  (or something similar).  We're looking in Southern NH and Northeastern MA, basically within an hour's drive of Salem, NH.  We're hoping to make a purchase in the next two months.

I believe there was once a service that helped with this (called SoloPro), but it now seems defunct.  Does anyone know of something similar, or someone in the area who might be willing to help?

@James Cassell

I don't think you will find someone to do this deal. I may be wrong, but agents are in the business of making a living as well and to be frank, A good agent is worth every penny of their commission.  They are an invaluable tool for networking and hearing about deals that may not be on the market. I suggest you find a realtor who is AWESOME at their job and use them for their services.

Good Agent= Great networking partner to help you find future deals. Burn/offend one of them and they will talk to everyone else.

Just my thoughts.

Hope this helps
